You get a digital visit summary, plus an MC and prescription where the assessment supports them. We check in afterwards and refer onward if you need it.
Pay per visit — no membership required. The visit fee is flat for your time band and quoted before the doctor sets off; anything the visit turns out to need is priced and agreed with you at the time.
A doctor comes to you, assesses, treats and prescribes — all in one visit. Covers a 30-minute consultation; longer visits are +$120 per additional 30 minutes during office hours and +$150 after hours.
Certification of death at home, charged at the same rate as a home visit for the corresponding time window. Available where the death was expected and the cause is known — a sudden or unexpected death must be reported to the police on 999 and cannot be certified privately.

A doctor registered with the Singapore Medical Council. Our team practises across emergency, family and palliative medicine. Which doctor attends depends on who is on duty for your time and location — we tell you who is coming when we confirm the visit, and you can read their backgrounds on Our Doctors.
Fevers, infections, flu, gastric issues, wound care, minor injuries, post-operative reviews, chronic-condition flare-ups and more. For life-threatening emergencies, always call 995 — we'll help arrange onward care when needed.
We carry the essentials for urgent symptoms to be administered through injections — such as for nausea, vomiting and pain — so we can treat you on the spot. Any further medication can be arranged and delivered to you separately.
Urgent Care at Home is a private medical service and is not an approved institution — visits are not eligible for Medisave, MediShield Life or CHAS. If you hold private travel or personal-accident insurance, some policies may reimburse the cost — please check directly with your insurer. We provide an itemised receipt for every visit.
You always receive a full visit summary and an itemised receipt, and we can forward the summary to your regular GP or specialist on request. A medical certificate is issued where the doctor's assessment supports one — an MC certifies that you are unfit for work, so it follows the examination rather than the booking. The same applies to a prescription.
