On call, around the clock

Doctor on call, 24 hours a day

One number, any hour. Tell us what's wrong and a doctor is dispatched to your home — islandwide, with the fee confirmed before we set off.

When you need one

Illness doesn't keep clinic hours.

The fever spikes at 1am. The vomiting won't stop on a Sunday. The discharge letter says "see a doctor if symptoms worsen" — and they just did, at the worst possible hour. A doctor on call exists for exactly these moments: medical judgement when the usual options are closed.

Our on-call roster includes emergency-medicine specialists, so the doctor arriving at your door is comfortable with the middle-of-the-night presentations that worry families most — and honest about the minority of cases that belong in an A&E instead.

What you get

A clinic visit's worth of care, delivered.

📞

Answered any hour

A human on the line at 3am, not a callback form. Triage starts the moment you reach us.

🩺

Assessment where you are

Home, hotel room or office — the doctor examines the patient on site and treats what can be treated there.

🏥

Escalation when it matters

If hospital care is needed, the doctor says so plainly, arranges the referral and briefs the receiving team.

How it works

Care arrives in three simple steps.

  1. 1. Tell us what's wrong
Call or WhatsApp any hour. Our team asks a few questions and confirms the flat fee for your time window before anything else.
  2. 2. A doctor comes to you
A doctor travels to your home, hotel or workplace — islandwide, day or night. You'll know who is coming and when.
  3. 3. Assessment and treatment at home
Examination, medication from the doctor's bag, an MC or referral letter if needed — and clear advice on what to watch for next.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

What does a doctor on call mean in Singapore?

A doctor on call is a physician available outside fixed clinic hours who travels to the patient. Instead of waiting for a clinic to open, you call or message, describe the problem, and a doctor is dispatched to your address.

How do I reach a doctor on call at night?

Call or WhatsApp +65 8850 5133 at any hour. A team member responds, takes the details, confirms the fee for your time window and dispatches the doctor. The same number works day and night, weekends and public holidays.

How much is a doctor on call in Singapore?

Flat fees by time of day: $300 during office hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) and $450 after hours — weekday evenings and nights, weekends and public holidays. That covers a 30-minute consultation; longer visits are +$120 per additional 30 minutes, with procedures and medication itemised separately. The fee is confirmed before the doctor sets off — details on our fees page.

Can the on-call doctor prescribe medication at home?

Yes. The visiting doctor carries common medications and dispenses them on the spot where appropriate, and can issue prescriptions, MCs and referral letters during the visit.
