Dr Darke is an MOH-accredited Family Physician with hands-on emergency and palliative experience across Singapore's public hospitals. He has worked in the A&E department at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital since 2019 and currently provides palliative home care through NUH. His residency spanned emergency medicine, geriatrics, paediatrics and general surgery — giving him the breadth to manage the range of problems that come up in a house call.

Most house-call services send general practitioners. We send doctors who have spent years making high-stakes decisions in emergency departments — recognising which chest pain is muscular and which needs a catheterisation lab, which child's fever can wait and which cannot.
That clinical judgement is the difference between a house call that reassures and one that catches a problem early. Every doctor on our team has trained in at least one of Singapore's public A&E departments and continues to practise acute medicine alongside home visits.
