Urgent Care At Home Pte Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is handled.
1. Who We Are
Urgent Care At Home Pte Ltd is a Singapore-registered company providing private home-visit medical services. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and chatbot.

We collect only what is necessary for the stated purpose. We do not collect payment data, identification numbers, or data from children under 18 without parental consent.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To arrange and confirm a home medical visit
- To prepare our medical team with relevant clinical context (symptoms)
- To follow up on business enquiries and demo requests
- To notify our operations team of incoming bookings
We do not use your data for marketing without separate consent. We do not sell your data to any third party.
4. Consent
By submitting the booking or demo form on our website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in this policy. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us — however, withdrawal may mean we are unable to complete your booking.
Symptom information shared in the chatbot is used solely to support your appointment. It is not stored in a database after your session ends.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We engage the following service providers ("data intermediaries") to process data on our behalf. Each operates under a data processing agreement with us:

Where data is transferred outside Singapore, we ensure the recipient provides a comparable standard of protection as required under the PDPA Third Schedule.
6. Data Retention
- Chatbot conversation: exists in your browser session only — not persisted to any database
- Booking details (email / WhatsApp): retained in our operational inbox for up to 2 years, then deleted
- Business enquiries: retained for up to 2 years or until the business relationship ends
7. Data Protection Measures
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+)
- API keys and credentials are stored as server-side environment variables — never exposed to the browser
- Access to booking data is limited to authorised personnel only
- Our Supabase database uses row-level security (RLS) on all tables
8. Your Rights Under the PDPA
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent for us to use your data
- Data portability — request your data in a portable format (where applicable)

9. Cookies & Analytics
This website uses:
- Preference cookie — one first-party cookie (
ucc-palette) that remembers your colour-theme choice. It holds no personal data. - Google Analytics 4 — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, traffic source, device type) so we can improve it. It sets first-party analytics cookies (
_gaand_ga_<id>, valid for up to two years). We enable IP-address anonymisation, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising, remarketing or ad personalisation.
Analytics data is processed by Google LLC (United States) — see Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out by using your browser's cookie controls or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Declining analytics does not affect your ability to book a visit.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via a notice on our website. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
