Singapore General Hospital in Outram is the nearest public emergency department to the CBD and Sentosa, and is a short drive from most of the district. Raffles Hospital near Bugis is the closest private hospital with 24-hour emergency services.
Where a case needs hospital care, the doctor arranges the referral and briefs the receiving team so you are not starting from scratch at triage.
Sentosa access. Vehicles enter via the Sentosa Gateway and are subject to the island's tolling and access arrangements; Sentosa Cove adds a second security checkpoint at the residential estate. Please give us the house or unit number and the resident's name at booking — without it, the guardhouse will not release the visit, and that is the single biggest source of delay on the island.
CBD residences. Most towers require visitor registration at the lobby. Telling concierge that a doctor is expected, and giving us the tower and unit number, keeps arrival smooth.
Offices. We do attend workplaces. Building security usually needs the company name and a contact who can meet the doctor at the lift lobby.

No. Fees are flat by time of day across Singapore rather than by location. Any island tolls are absorbed — the fee quoted at booking is what you pay. The one exception is medication: if the doctor does not have what you need on hand, we arrange delivery to you, and additional charges may apply.
